Geoffrey King is a composer who writes about connection and about the roles we play while making music. He aims to tell stories and make concerts through camp aesthetics and disarming straightforwardness.
He's worked with and written for the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Hermes Experiment, CHROMA, the Salwa Quartet, harpist Parker Ramsay, singers David Jones and Anna Patterson, violinists Emily Earl and Aliyata Foon-Dancoes, among many others, and co-directs the composer collective Stomping Ground. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Geoff lives in south London with his husband.
