Camilla graduated from the Academy in 2001, studying with Skaila Kanga
She has since been made Associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM).
Camilla's harp playing is well-established in commercial music and she has recorded studio albums for a diversity of pop artists including John Legend, Stormzy, Taylor Swift, Sam Smith & Gary Barlow. Camilla has contributed to over 50 feature film soundtracks including recent cinema releases, Matilda the Musical, The Batman, Downton Abbey: A New Era and The Flash, as well as many TV series for BBC, ITV, Netflix and Sky.
She has played with numerous bands for TV broadcast including the Royal Variety Performances, Strictly Come Dancing, BBC’s Big Night of Musicals. She has also performed in one-off shows and TV specials with Kanye West, Beyoncé, Barry Manilow & Ball and Boe to name a few.
Camilla also enjoys musical theatre, playing on Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s Aspects of Love and having held several chairs in the West End for shows including Follies, Pinocchio and A Chorus Line, as well as deputising on many Gypsy, 42nd Street and Les Miserables in Concert.
Camilla also performs and records with chamber group Korros Ensemble alongside Academy alumni Eliza Marshall (flute) and Nicholas Ellis (clarinet). Their pursuit of new chamber works for this unusual line up has led to many new pieces of repertoire written for the group and unearthing previously-unknown scores.
