Olga Masleinnikova is a dance-theatre-movement director, choreologist, artist coach and writer
Her practice and methodology 'The Shifting Process' combines Laban's contemporary developments for performing arts, psychophysical, somatic practices and bioenergetics.
In the UK her teaching credits include Royal Academy of Music, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, English National Opera, Cambridge University, Middlesex University, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Rose Bruford College, Drama Studio London, East 15 Acting School, Oxford School of Drama, Kingston University, Bird College of Performing Arts, Giles Foreman Acting Centre. Internationally she has worked for FOCAL Switzerland, JSBC Television China, HZT - University of the Arts of Berlin, Le Grand Conservatoire d'Avignon, AKDT - Belgium and has delivered an extensive amount of international workshops.
Olga's choreographic and collaborative works have been shown in London, Belgium, France, Iceland, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany.
She also regularly works on film as acting, directing or movement coach. Additionally she has developed several Artistic Development Coaching Programmes for companies, directors, actors and filmmakers.
Her chapter 'The Instrumental Body' has been published in 'Body and Awareness' ed. by Sandra Reeve, Triarchy Press. Olga is currently writing 'The Shifting Process', a practical movement handbook.
