Described by Steve Reich as ‘one of the greatest musicians in the world today’, alumnus Colin Currie returns to the Academy to conduct a programme of works which reinvent orchestral sounds, including a composition inspired by Radiohead (Reich’s Radio Rewrite) and Andriessen’s glinting chamber classic Zilver.
