Blugrass Group presents an extraordinary evening of piano and chamber music at Duke’s Hall, Royal Academy of Music, celebrating the album launch of Mikhail Kazakevich.
The internationally acclaimed pianist will perform a stunning selection of Chopin’s dramatic Polonaises, Liszt’s evocative Vallée d’Obermann, and Schumann/Liszt’s beloved Widmung.
Innovating within the classical space, the event introduces the concept of an Opening Act, featuring the Waldstein Trio—Christos Fountos, Miguel Ángel Villeda Cerón and Greta Papa—performing Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio in D minor, a masterpiece of lyrical intensity and virtuosity.
