BRUCKNER Symphony No 7 in E

Ryan Wigglesworth, Chief Conductor of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and Richard Rodney Bennett Professor of Music at the Academy, conducts Bruckner’s Symphony No 7, famed for its soaring melodies and rich orchestration. The symphony unfolds with moments of immense grandeur and introspective beauty, from the the radiant opening to the profound Adagio, and from the dance-like Scherzo to the exultant finale.
